1. Call in advance to register for all classes.
2. Must have at least 10 private sessions at our studio to attend tower class.

Cost for 1 month of classes / 4 weeks at 1 time per week:
Mat: $76 for 1 month on all mat levels ($19 per class)
Tower: $160 for 1 month ($40 per class), $280 for 2 months or 2 times per week for 1 month ($35 per class) *Months with 3 or 5 weeks will be priced accordingly.

Tower Quartets

We are proud to introduce the new Tower Workout! This is an effective and powerful workout to compliment private sessions and mat classes. It is an economical way to maintain your Pilates form 2 to 3 times per week. We are always grateful to support you health. Enjoy! How it works:

• A minimum of 10 private Pilates sessions at The Art of Control is required.
• A full payment (the entire month) is due in advance, at the time of the reservation.
• 1 make-up day is allowed at any Tower session that month as long as there is space available.
• Make-ups can be during the same week or the following week. A friend can also make them up.
• Thank you in advance for keeping the Towers in order.
