The Art of Control® is one of the U.S.P.A.’s ™ official Teacher Certification Centers for the New York Pilates Studio ® Teacher Certification Program offered by the U.S.P.A.™

As a “Teacher of Teachers," Simona Cipriani, Director of the Art of Control®, for The Teacher Training Program offered by the United States Pilates Association ™ LLC, offers instruction in the first and oldest Pilates professional training program in the world. In addition, The Art of Control® hosts other workshops and programs offered by other renowned U.S.P.A.™ Teachers providing some of the most unique and exciting opportunities for learning advanced Pilates in the area.
